Student Agencies Properties (SAP) is a division of Student Agencies— the nation's oldest independent student-run company. SAP's real estate portfolio includes 17 residential apartments, 5 commercial units, and an entrepreneurial incubator space known as eHub. The residential apartments are located on the second and third floors of 411 and 415 College Ave. as well as the fourth floor of 409 College Ave. The commercial units are located on the first floor of these buildings. The spaces are occupied by Collegetown Bagels, Bear Necessities, Rulloff's, 7-Eleven, and Bike Rack—  commercial tenants that have provided excellent, services, products, and entertainment to the Cornell community. Lastly eHub, which occupies the second and third floors of 409 College, is the final component of SAP's real estate portfolio. This brand new space, which houses the Student Agencies Offices, is the foremost center for business and entrepreneurship within the University.
